Liam spent his early childhood years living and traveling on a sailboat with his family, debarking from Baltimore, MD. After years of ‘cruising’ the East Coast and many Bahamian Islands, Liam and his family pulled into Palmetto Bay Marina and decided to stay. As the boating life slowed to a stop Liam and his family found themselves purchasing a small home in the hidden Bay Pines neighborhood and watched, firsthand, as the Cross Island Parkway and bridge changed the South End. Growing up on the South End and attending both HH Middle and HH High School, Liam grew to love his island and watch the influx of travelers commute every Saturday! After college, Liam returned home and knew that his early, deep-seeded roots would only further instill his passion for Hilton Head as he began to venture into developing a professional relationship with the Low Country. A long relationship with the hospitality industry would ultimately thrust Liam into the wonderful world of Real Estate where his talents as a business manager, team leader, musician, and high-pressure jobs would serve him well, on top of his knowledge of the area. Liam, his beautiful wife Candice Rae and son Caleb now call Bluffton Park home. The musicianship instilled in Liam and Candice allow them to perform locally, still. Real Estate is Liam’s ultimate passion and has enjoyed years of helping clients with their biggest life investment- ‘service to others is the highest reward’ and looks forward to a long and happy career
